Selection Information

Completion of the application form serves as a formal entry request for the tournament field. Please note that submission does not guarantee acceptance; the committee reviews all applications to maintain the championship's competitive standard. All entries are subject to verification of amateur status and handicap index.

  • Review Timeline: Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis by the tournament committee.
  • Notification Process: Teams will be notified of their official entry status via email no later than 8/1/2026.
  • Selection Criteria: Acceptance weighting is given to teams with a proven history of regional or national mid-amateur competition.
